By downloading, installing, or using MathUnlock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MathUnlock is a mobile application that helps users manage app usage by requiring math challenges to unlock selected apps. The App provides subscription-based premium features.

3. Subscription Terms

MathUnlock offers subscription services ("Math Unlock Pro") with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent or bypass the App's security features
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID account

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by MathUnlock and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathUnlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
